TransPerfect, a provider of language services and translation-related technologies, announced the opening of a new remote interpretation facility in Arizona.

Leveraging the facility, TransPerfect will be able to improve the remote interpreting experience for its clients and their end users.
The new technology hosted on-site enables TransPerfect to supplement existing capabilities with increased call capacity, improved redundancy and security, and additional client service personnel.
TransPerfect is trying to tap a growing market. Remote language interpreting needs are growing. The company is offering device-independent connectivity in order to meet the diverse requirements of its clients.
TransPerfect is the world’s only provider of remote interpreting capabilities that support any device, including over-the-phone interpretation (OPI), Voice over IP (VoIP), Web-based audio, Web-based video, and all major video conferencing platforms. Recently, TransPerfect announced that Pearl Therapeutics implemented TransPerfect's Trial Interactive electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) solution for the company's clinical development programs.
Trial Interactive is a secure Web-based platform that eliminates the redundancies inherent in paper-based TMF studies. Trial Interactive complies with FDA's 21 CFR Part 11 regulation which outlines the requirements for maintenance of electronic records.
