The combination of Astoria and TransPerfect will significantly enhance the customer experience for a growing client base that is increasingly interested in achieving the maximum time- and cost-efficiencies in the authoring, translation, and publishing of global content. Financial details were not disclosed.
San Francisco-based Astoria Software will join the TransPerfect family of companies and will continue to be led by current CEO Michael Rosinski. Before joining Astoria, Michael was a founding member of American Software's management team, where he was responsible for growing revenues to more than $100 million and completing one of the first successful IPOs in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) market segment.
