Elearning! Media Group, the industry voice of the enterprise learning and workforce technology market, announced the Best of Elearning! 2013 award-winners at the Enterprise Learning! Conference & Expo, held at the Anaheim Convention Center, August 26-28, 2013. Recipients are chosen by Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines’ readers and community members via an open-ended online ballot posted at http://www.2elearning.com.
For the first time, four organizations earned both Best of Elearning! awards and Learning! 100 honors for top performing learning organizations. They are: Oracle; Cisco; Successfactors, an SAP Company; and Kenexa, an IBM Company.
“These four companies literally ‘walk the talk,’" says Jerry Roche, editorial director of Elearning! Media Group. “Not only do these organizations invest in new products and services, they deploy their solutions within their own organizations, providing the best possible use case for implementation."
This year’s ballot included four new categories bringing the total to 25 categories and 85 products. The new categories were: Best HR Technology, Best Mobile Authoring Solution, Best Learning Services Consulting, Best Translation & Language Services.
Thirty brands were recognized as Best of Elearning! honorees at the Enterprise Learning! Conference & Expo. Finalists in each category were honored with awards of excellence. Those receiving awards at the event include the following:
Best Learning Management System (cloud) - Winner: eCornell EDUCE Enterprise Platform. Awards of Excellence: BizLibrary LMS and Skillsoft’s SkillPort.

Best Learning Content Management System - Winner: Kenexa, an IBM Company’s LCMS.

Best Talent Management System - Winner: Cornerstone OnDemand’s Talent Cloud.
Awards of Excellence: Oracle Taleo Cloud, SuccessFactors’ Business Executive Suite.

Best HR Technology Solution – Winner: SumTotal System’s Work.
