TransPerfect, a provider of language services and technology solutions has merged with WorldLingo, a Las Vegas-based provider of translation technology and solutions for website localization, as well as document, instant message, e-mail, and real-time chat translation.
Under the terms of the agreement, WorldLingo will now function as a division of TransPerfect, with CEO Martin Pratt continuing to lead the firm. Pratt will become an integral part of TransPerfect's senior management team.

Recently, TransPerfect announced the opening of a new remote interpretation facility in Arizona. Leveraging this facility, TransPerfect will be able to improve the remote interpreting experience for its clients and their end-users.
